His strike rate of 129 included five fours and one six, helping the Ghariyals post a total of 199 in 202 overs. The Ghariyals ultimately won the match against Ujjain Falcons by 7 runs, with the Falcons facing their second consecutive loss of the season.
Winning the toss, Ujjain Falcons opted to bowl first, considering the dew factor coming in place in the second part of the innings. Ghariyals posted a huge total, although the opener Ankush Singh departed early. Shubham Sharma and Apurve Dwivedi then formed a partnership of 55 of 39 balls that laid a stable foundation for runs. Rohit Kumar Gupta went all guns blazing, scoring a quickfire innings of 41 in 17 balls. But the player of the match was Tripuresh Singh, who scored 30 runs in 16 balls and took two crucial wickets in the second innings. Avesh Khan too had three wickets in his name. Only Soham Patwardhan from Ujjain Falcons had a decent score of 43 under his name, but it was not enough to chase down 199. This was Chambal Ghariyal’s third consecutive win of the season.
