The cricket fans have mistaken former Indian pacer Irfan Pathan for the trending hashtag #ReleaseIrfanPathan on Twitter. The viral hashtag was directed for the AIMIM Secretary from Uttar Pradesh, who shares the same name as the former Indian cricketer.
Twitter was set abuzz after the cricket fans misinterpreted former cricketer Irfan Pathan with his namesake UP's AIMIM Secretary, who was arrested.

Babar Azam took to Twitter to extend his support for the out-of-form Virat Kohli and tweeted a picture of him alongside the Indian batter and captioned, "This too shall pass. Stay strong. #ViratKohli"
