With just 20 days to go for the extravaganza event, the schedule for the tournament has been released just few hours back today. Finalists of IPL 2021 will be playing the opening match of IPL 2022 at Wankhade Staidum while five time IPL champions Mumbai Indians will begin their campaign by playing against Delhi Capitals on 27th March 3:30 PM at the Brabourne stadium.

Chasing a tough target of 173 runs against Delhi in a knock out match, at one stage CSK were 39/1 at the end of 5 overs. Uthappa who was at 20*(18) smashed down Avesh Khan for 0,6,4,0,6,4 in 6th over of the innings to change the momentum of game towards CSK and helped them reach finals.
