1. Ollie Pope
Ollie Pope has been a major part of the England cricket setup, since making his Test debut against India at Lord’s in 2018. While he hasn’t been a part in the limited overs cricket for his national team, the 25-year-old became the full-time vice-captain for England in Tests, before the summer of cricket began in the country.
He has played 38 Test matches in his international career, scoring 2136 runs at an average of 34.35 with four centuries. The career trajectory of Virat Kohli and Ollie Pope has almost been identical in the longest format of the game, which could easily be the case once the English star batter gets his chance to finally represent the national team in the limited overs format.
