The 114th edition of the All England Open is all set to commence from 16 March with the final scheduled for 20 March. The BWF Super 1000 tournament will see top badminton stars, including World and Olympic champions, from around the globe take on each other with a whopping $1,000,000 up for grabs. The much-anticipated tournament will be held at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham with fans cheering for their favorite stars. The tournament will be played in five rounds.
The draws for 2022 All England Open have been released and only one Indian, PV Sindhu, is a seeded entry in the singles category. Sindhu is seeded sixth in the Women's Singles category. She will open her campaign against Wang Zhi Yi of China. Meanwhile, German Open runner-up Lakshya Sen will play his Round of 32 match against compatriot Sourabh Verma.
