Cricket West Indies on Tuesday, November 12 announced their squad for the remaining T20Is of the five-match series against England. However, the West Indies team suffered back-to-back defeats in the opening two T20Is, they aim to come good with several changes into their side. With fast bowler Alzarri Joseph serving two-match suspension for his controversial behaviour with skipper Shai Hope in the final ODI of the series against England, he is set to return after fulfilling the desired fine.
Whereas Alzarri Joseph has replaced Shamar Joseph in the side, veteran all-rounder Andre Russell has been ruled out of the remainder of the series with a left ankle sprain. Shamar Springer has been named Russell’s replacement in the series.

Confirming the changes in the side while announcing the squad for the remaining three T20Is, Cricket West Indies in its statement stated, “As the series moves to Saint Lucia, experienced all-rounder Andre Russell has been ruled out due to a left knee sprain sustained during the opening T20I at the Kensington Oval in Barbados on Saturday. “Alzarri Joseph, having completed his two-match suspension, will rejoin the squad in Saint Lucia for the crucial final leg of the series, replacing Shamar Joseph,” the statement further added. With West Indies bagging the three-match ODI series by 2-1 margin, they will aim to clinch the T20I series, hoping to win all the remaining matches, with England currently leading the series by 2-0 margin.
