Paris stars like Messi and Kylian Mbappe had decent performances but failed to make an impact.

Hence expressing their disappointment with the result, PSG fans were caught whistling and booing at the team after the result. But Paris Saint Germain manager Christophe Galtier defended his team and stated that the team doesn’t have many options after multiple injuries.

He said, "You can’t incriminate my players on a lack of commitment. That’s not true. You can understand that when you’re 2-0 down to Rennes, that you don’t have a lot of options and that there are a lot of players missing, that there might be some resignation."
