Indian men's volleyball team continued its winning run at the Asian Games 2023 in Hangzhou with a 3-2 win over South Korea. Playing at the Linping Sports Centre Gymnasium in Zhejiang, China. India took down the three-time Asiad gold medallist in spectacular fashion and maintained their winning record in Pool C.

South Korea took a 1-0 lead after winning the first set 27-25 as the final point was courtesy of an Ashwal Rai miss. Rai redeemed himself in the preceding set and helped India level 1-1 with a 29-27 set win. Building on this momentum Indian team took the next set as well with a 25-22 margin.
Leading the tie 2-1, India had a sloppy performance in the fourth set, allowing the Koreans to draw level with a commanding win. But concluding the match, India finished strong and registered a 17-15 win to defeat World number 27, South Korea for the first time in 10 years.
