Amid rift rumours between Pakistan skipper Babar Azam and star pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi, a video of the latter playing a baby is going viral. While there are many reasons this video is special, one of the biggest reasons that makes it special is Afridi asking the baby if he wants to be like Babar Azam. Notably, there have been rumours that both the Pakistan greats engaged in a heated verbal altercation after their elimination from the Asia Cup 2023.
Now, a video has been doing rounds on social media, where the 23-year-old could be seen playing with a toddler and asking him if he wants to be Babar Azam when he grows up. In the video, Afridi asks, “Cricket khelni hai? Kya banna hai? Babar Azam banna hai? (Do you want to play cricket? What do you want to be? Do you want to be the next Babar Azam?)" Since uploaded, the video has garnered mass reaction from Pakistan fans, who were seemingly left disappointed with the rumours.
