In a major development, UFC President Dana White surprised the fighters at the UFC 300 press conference by announcing a mouth-watering offer. White raised the UFC 300 performance bonuses to $300,000 at the last minute and the announcement garnered reactions from former champion Conor McGregor and UFC content creator Nina-Marie Daniele, also known as Nina Drama.
During Thursday's UFC 300 press conference, Baddest Motherf**ker (BMF) champion Justin Gaethje and other fighters agreed with the claim that the fighters want an increase in the bonuses. The UFC President, Dana White agreed to increase the performance bonuses from $50k to $300k with the entire crowd chanting 'Dana... Dana...'

The UFC 300 features a historic card as three title fights are scheduled on star-studded Saturday's card. The night is headlined by light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira squaring off against former champion Jamahal Hill with UFC strawweight champion Zhang Weili scheduled to take on Yan Xionan in the co-main event. BMF champ Gaethje's title defense against Holloway will be the third title fight of the night.
The massive announcement by Dana White grabbed the attention of former two-division champion Conor McGregor and content creator Nina Drama. While Conor wrote, "Huge shout out @danawhite and the @ufc upping the bonuses to $300k! Life changing money for many on the card. To look after your fighters is paramount! On the other hand, Nina Drama wrote, "Dana White confirmed there will be $300K bonuses for UFC 300 and Mark Coleman will present the BMF belt to the winner of Justin Gaethje vs Max Holloway."
Apart from the historic card, $300,000 will be up for the two "Performance of the Night" bonuses and $300,000 each for the fighters involved in the "Fight of the Night."
