Cricket South Africa have announced their 15-member squad to tour India for the three-match One-Day and Twenty20 International series. The T20I squad of South Africa for the India tour will be playing the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia, starting from next month.
South Africa will tour India in the months of September and October to the T20I series from September 28 to October 4 following the ODI series from October 6 to 11.
Temba Bavuma will lead South Africa for the India tour as well as the T20 World Cup as the Proteas are set to play the same T20I squad in both the competitions. However, CSA has made a couple of changes in their ODI squad for the India series as Janneman Malan and Andile Phehlukwayo replaced Rilee Rossouw and Tristan Stubbs in the ODI squad.
