Cristiano Ronaldo and Saudi Arabian giants Al-Nassr are set to take on the Ligue 1 winners Paris Saint-Germain during summer friendlies in July in Japan. Al-Nassr finished second in the Saudi Pro League 2022-23, and they will clash against Les Parisiens on July 25, in Osaka. After having a victorious edition of Ligue 1, PSG are set to visit the Asian country once again this summer.
PSG will go head-to-head with Al-Nassr in their first match on July 25, and three days later, they will take on Cerezo Osaka. As Al-Nassr and PSG are set to lock horns, there won’t be any clash between Ronaldo and his old rival Lionel Messi as the Argentinian World Cup winner played his last game with the PSG on Saturday and is set to leave the club. The match between the Ronaldo side and PSG could have potentially been the biggest event of the pre-season calendar had Messi remained at PSG.

While fans will be looking to attend the highly-anticipated fixture between PSG's star-studded team and Saudi giants led by the 38-year-old Ronaldo, big names like Lionel Messi and Sergio Ramos will not feature in the friendly as the players have already announced their departure from the French champions.
Notably, Messi was not among the players PSG used to illustrate the announcement of the upcoming tour on their website. Last summer, PSG travelled to Japan and were greeted by sell-out crowds, even for their training sessions. Although, there were some rumours about Ronaldo’s future in the club, but the Al-Nassr star opened up about the same and said that he is on good terms with the club. The five-time Ballon d'Or winner also added that there are some areas of improvement in the infrastructure while assuring that he will continue in the Saudi Arabia club.
