American lightweight boxer and junior welterweight champion Devin Haney trolled his upcoming opponent Ryan Garcia by reminding him ab out the recent robbery at his house in Los Angeles. The incident occurred when Garcia and his family were away to attend the Super Bowl 58 weekend in Las Vegas where the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers.
Ryan Garcia shared clips on his social about the robbery on February 11. Since the incident, Garcia was back at his trash-talking best as he took a jibe at Devin Haney's father Bill Haney with a comical and “smoking” announcement.
“4-20 we will be smoking on that Bill Haney Pack #SuperBowl,” Garcia tweeted. Responding to this post, Devin Haney made a scathing remark about “goofy” Garcia. Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Haney reminded his opponent of the robbery at his house and posted, " Smoke on the ni**as that just robbed yo house goofy."
Here's Devin Haney's tweet on Garcia's house robbery:
Praise the Lord we weren’t there: Garcia after house robbery
