Mercedes-Benz Arena
The Mercedes-Benz Arena is a stadium located in the city of Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It has a capacity of 60,441 and was previously called Neckarstadium until 1993, in reference to the nearby Neckar River. From 1993 to 2008, it was known as Gottlieb-Daimler-Stadion and was later renamed after a significant reconstruction.
The Mercedes-Benz Arena in Stuttgart is where the Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart plays their home games. The stadium has a unique roof made of PVC-coated polyester panels, which has been in place since 1993.
