The former Liverpool striker, Daniel Sturridge, shocked the fans after he made a correction prediction about the top performers for Bayern Munich in their UEFA Champions League (UCL) semi-final first leg against Real Madrid at the Allianz Arena. The 34-year-old had remarked that Leroy Sane would score, while Harry Kane would convert a penalty for Bayern Munich during their 2-2 draw against Real Madrid.

In the first half of the UCL semi-final first leg, Vinicius Jr had opened the scoring in the 23rd minute for Real Madrid, a lead they kept quite well until Bayern Munich jumped ahead with two goals in quick succession. Leroy Sane scored the equaliser for the hosts in the 53rd minute before Harry Kane converted the penalty in the 57th minute.
