Recently, the star cricketer was found to have a profile on of the most popular and authoritative sources for movie, TV and celebrity content, Internet Movie Database (IMDB) website. Apart from delivering brilliant performances on the field, Kohli has time and again amazed fans with his outstanding acting skills.
Married to the popular Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma, Kohli has been featured in several commercial advertisements. However, to have their favourite cricketer being on the platform surely came as a surprise to many of his fans. Kohli’s bio on IMDB read, “Virat Kohli was born on November 5, 1988, in New Delhi, India. He is an actor, known for 2011 Cricket World Cup (2011), Indian Premier League (2008) and Border-Gavaskar Trophy (1996).”
It added, “He has been married to Anushka Sharma since December 11, 2017. They have one child.” Notably, the 34-year-old is currently a part of India’s ICC ODI World Cup 2023 squad, which is being hosted in India. Speaking of their campaign in the tournament, the Men in Blue are currently running on an unbeaten streak of 3-0 in the ongoing tournament.
