Australia and Sunrisers Hyderabad batter Travis Head took a stance in support of the Palestinians in Gaza. Head was part of the recently concluded IPL where he represented SRH and emerged as one of the best players in the tournament. The Aussie Southpaw scored 567 runs in 17 games and was vital in Hyderabad's run to the final where Kolkata Knight Riders defeated Sunrisers to lift their third IPL title.
After a successful IPL campaign, Head took to social media to raise his voice about atrocities in Gaza against Palestinians. The 30-year-old shared a couple of posts on his X (formerly Twitter) handle with the hashtag ‘All Eyes On Rafah’ which has taken social media by storm. The Aussie international then shared a picture of his cricket shoes which said, " Freedom is a human right. All lives are equal!"
