When it comes to defining friendship on the cricket field, the duo of Indian stalwarts, Suresh Raina and MS Dhoni top the list. The friendship that started off as cricket rivalry between the East Zone and Central Zone lads soon turned into one of the greatest bonds ever.
Former Indian cricketers MS Dhoni and Suresh Raina shared the Indian as well as the Chennai Super Kings’ dressing room, and it was how the bond between them bloomed over time. The friendship soon turned into ‘brotherhood’ and not one or two, but there have been many incidents that proved that Suresh Raina is the best-best friend. The biggest of them is when Raina ‘joined brother, MS Dhoni on his retirement journey’ after the ex-Indian skipper announced retirement on August 15, 2020.
