In the early morning hours of Indian Standard Time (IST) on Monday, Marnus Labuschagne, one of the best batters in the world, took some time off from his busy schedule and interacted with his fans on Twitter through a Q&A session.

One Twitter user asked Marnus Labuschagne, “If you get a chance to bat with one of the fab 4 excluding smudge, who would that be?” He replied, “Has to be @imVkohli, we'd run heaps of 2s.”

This answer from him is in line with the supreme fitness and running standards set by Virat Kohli in the field, which is admired not just by the fans but also the cricketers from all over the world. The premier Aussie batter imagines himself to be in the same league as the Indian cricket legend and wants to experience what it’s like to bat with him.

Marnus Labuschagne also answered many other questions from the fans, including the one where he was asked about a batter from the past who he wished to share the dressing room with. The current no.1 Test batter in the world mentioned the name of South African legend Jacques Kallis and called him his favourite cricketer.

A fan also asked Labuschagne about his favourite team of the IPL to which he replied RCB. It’s no coincidence because the Australian batting maestro has been a big fan of Virat Kohli for many many years.

Marnus Labuschagne is currently preparing himself to play in the World Test Championship (WTC) Final for Australia against India, scheduled to begin at The Oval in London on June 7th. Immediately after the WTC Final, he is expected to play a massive role for the Aussies against England in the Ashes Series starting with the first test on June 16th at Edgbaston Cricket Ground, Birmingham.
