How much prize money will Royal Challengers Bangalore Women get after WPL 2024 title triumph?

The second edition of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) saw the Smriti Mandhana-led Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) Women win their maiden title in what was their maiden final appearance in the tournament. The Bengaluru-based side beat the Delhi Capitals Women by eight wickets to register their first-ever win across WPL and IPL.

While Ellyse Perry has been the standout performer for the RCB Women, leading the run charts with 347 runs across in nine innings, Shreyanka Patil won the Purple Cap and also emerged as the Emerging Players of the Season. With the thrilling eight-wicket win, RCB Women not only won the title but also received massive cash price worth INR 6 Crore.

While the WPL 2024 champions won INR 6 Crore as prize money, the Delhi Capitals Women received INR 3 Crore. Apart from the winner and runners-up, Ellyse Perry claimed the Orange Cap and also claimed INR 5 Lakh cash prize, RCB’s young sensation Shreyanka Patil won the Purple Cap, also winning INR 5 Lakh.
