The Board of Control for Cricket in India unveiled the new jersey for Team India which the boys will be donning in the upcoming T20 World Cup in Australia, next month. The new jersey has two shades of blue as the area around the shoulder has been darker blue texture while the rest of the jersey is sky blue in colour.
The name of India's jersey sponsor Byju's has been placed right above INDIA at the center and kit sponsor (MPL) logo is placed right on the top-left corner. The BCCI shared pictures of Indian skippers Rohit Sharma, and Harmanpreet Kaur, along with prolific all-rounder Hardik Pandya in a brand-new avatar donning the new jersey.
Team India will wear the jersey for the first time in the upcoming T20 World Cup where they are placed in Group 2 with Pakistan, Bangladesh and South Africa.
