The registrations for Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2024 began on March 19, Tuesday. It would enable gaming enthusiasts from across the nation to participate in the three-month-long competition. To register for the competition, players have to visit the official Krafton India Esports website. The event comes with an enormous prize pool of INR 2 crore, with the winners getting the biggest sum of ₹60 lakh.
The developers of BGMI announced the full structure and format of the contest and according to it, the qualifiers, The Grind, will start on April 4, 2024. The top teams from the 256 invited teams will qualify for the next stage. The registered teams will play directly in the main event, which will start on May 2 and come to an end on June 30.
To register for the event, players must be a minimum of Level 25 and Platinum V. Here’s a step-by-step guide for a hassle-free process.
- Go to the official website of Krafton India Esports.
- Click on the “Go to Dashboard” banner, and enter your email ID. Verify the same with the OTP received on ID.
- Add details including name, date of birth, mobile number, and username.
- In the ID verification, players would need to upload Aadhar card details, upload images, and then proceed.
- The next step would require players to upload a screenshot of the basic info tab in the BGMI profile and add the in-game ID, username, and location.
- Once done, players would be required to click on all four square tabs and click on “Complete Registration”.
