After Liverpool FC owners Fenway Sports Group (FSG) released a statement inviting offers from the interested parties to buy the Premier League club, UFC star Conor McGregor has shown his desire to buy the English club on his social media account.

In a Q&A session on Twitter, the 34-year-old Conor McGregor responded positively to a fan, who asked the UFC star to buy the Premier League club, Liverpool FC. A fan tagged McGregor and wrote, "Buy Liverpool FC," while the Notorious responded, "I WOULD LOVE IT! I requested my information on this, yes. Soon as I heard. What a turn of events! What a club!  @LFC."
