India have recorded their sixth consecutive victory in ODI World Cup 2023 against England in Lucknow with the help of brilliant bowling performance from their pacers, Mohammad Shami and Jasprit Bumrah. Talking about this game, England winning the toss invited India to bat first and they managed to post a total of 229/9 in 50 overs with the help of brilliant fifty from skipper Rohit Sharma and alongside him KL Rahul, Suryakumar Yadav's contribution also played a pivotal role in this game.
England completely failed to play the Indian bowlers as they got bundled out for just 129 runs where the highest individual score was 27 runs by Liam Livingstone. Indian pacers, Shami (4/22) and Bumrah (3/32) picked 7 wickets in total while remaining three wickets were taken by to Kuldeep Yadav (2/24) and Ravindra Jadeja (1/16) respectively.
