The Milwaukee Bucks extended their winning streak to four games with their 128-119 victory over the Houston Rockets on Sunday night. While star guard Damian Lillard scored a game-high 39 points, Giannis Antetokounmpo broke another Bucks record as he moved past Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s rebound record. After the game, the Greek Freak jokingly warned his teammate Khris Middleton of having his sights on another Bucks record.

Apart from the historic feature of Giannis, the Rockets guard Dillon Brooks was assessed with a second technical foul in the last minute, which resulted in his ejection from the game. Brooks fouled Pat Connaughton, argued with the official, and was ejected from the game. Following that, the Rockets coach Ime Udoka was also ejected from the game as he entered the court and yelled at the officials.

Giannis scored 26 points, made 17 rebounds, and surpassed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's franchise record of 7,161 rebounds from 1969-75, averaging 15.3 per game. The Greek forward finished the game with 7,165 rebounds, setting up a new franchise record for the Bucks. Later, the two-time MVP quoted his teammate Khris Middleton, who has the most career threes for the Bucks, on X and elucidated the new record he has his sights on.

The top-placed, Khris Middleton has scored 1,281 three-pointers in 678 games, while Giannis is seventh on the list with 504 three-pointers after playing 66 more games than Middleton. Although, the record seems to be unattainable for the Greek forward, considering his 28.6% 3-pt FG in his Bucks career.

Apart from Lillard's 39 and Giannis' 26, Khris Middleton scored 20 points, 14 of which were scored in the fourth quarter, in the Bucks' victory over the Rockets. The Bucks are placed second in the Eastern Conference standings with a 19-7 record.
