Delhi Capitals will see return of their skipper Rishabh Pant in IPL 2024, who missed out playing cricket completely in the year 2023 due to his unfortunate accident that he met on December 30, 2022. The Delhi-based franchise finished at 9th position in IPL 2023 points table, hence they ended as one of the biggest disappointment in that IPL season.

DC had a total purse of INR 28.95 Crores before start of auction.
They had a maximum of 9 slots available for the IPL 2024 auction out of which four of them were for the overseas players.
