On Monday, November 25, following the conclusion of the IPL 2025 mega auction in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have completed their squad for the upcoming season of the league. Their biggest signing was Afghan spinner Noor Ahmad, bought for INR 10 crore, to strengthen the spin attack of the five-time IPL champions.
CSK stuck to their successful formula of building a strong spin attack to dominate at their home ground, M. A. Chidambaram Stadium. They added Noor Ahmad and R. Ashwin to partner with Ravindra Jadeja, forming a formidable spin trio. The team also invested in all-rounders like Rachin Ravindra, Vijay Shankar, and Sam Curran.
