On Monday, November 25, following the conclusion of the IPL 2025 mega auction in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) have completed their squad for the upcoming season of the league. One of the most crucial signing in the auction for RCB was Australian fast bowler Josh Hazlewood, bought for INR 12.50 Crore, who is highly likely to spearhead their bowling attack.

RCB entered the auction with the second-highest budget, aiming to create a strong team with a mix of young and experienced players. They added power to their batting with Phil Salt, Liam Livingstone, Tim David, and Jitesh Sharma. To strengthen their bowling attack, they added prominent names like Josh Hazlewood, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, and Nuwan Thushara. The team also included all-rounders like Krunal Pandya and Romario Shepherd to strengthen their chances of winning their first title.
