Australian pacer Josh Hazlewood is back at Royal Challengers Bengaluru after the franchise bought him for INR 12.50 Crore in the IPL 2025 mega auction. Hazlewood was a part of RCB before the franchise released him ahead of the IPL 2024 auction. The fast bowler went unsold in the last year’s auction, but is now back in the cash-rich league after an year.
Josh Hazlewood had a good season with the ball for RCB in IPL 2022 taking 20 scalps in 12 matches. However, the fast bowler only got to play three games in IPL 2023. Now, Hazlewood is back in the RCB squad and will be seen as a spearhead fast bowler along with Yash Dayal in the upcoming edition.
