A Climate change activist fired his arm on the court at the Laver Cup 2022 on Friday, during the second singles match between Stefanos Tsitsipas and Diego Schwartzman. Tsitsipas had just clinched the first set before the incident took place.
The unidentified man was quickly dragged outside of the arena before the play finally resumed. According to the officials, no damage has been done to the playing area. In the end, Tsitsipas secured a 6-1, 6-2 victory over Schwartzman.
