Logan Paul is heading back to boxing, and this time his opponent will be American Mixed Martial Artist Dillon Danis. The fight, which is scheduled for October 14th, will be contested in Manchester on the Prime Card and will go for six rounds, each lasting three minutes. The fight will be contested at 195lbs.

Notably, this will be Paul’s first professional fight back in boxing since he lost to KSI in 2019. The last exhibition fight by Paul was against Floyd Mayweather in 2021, which ended without a winner after eight rounds.

Announcing the fight, Paul said, “OCTOBER 14 I return to boxing after fighting Floyd Mayweather over 2 years ago. I doubt this little parasite will show up but if he does I’m going to erase him from existence.”

Paul’s opponent is Dillon Danis, who was scheduled to fight KSI earlier this year but had to withdraw early into the fight cycle because of injury. The 29-year-old has not fought since 2019, where he beat Max Humphrey at Bellator 222. The fighter had to deal with a series of injury setbacks and an extended layoff. Despite Paul being out of boxing for two years, the fight seems a bit skewed in his favour because the influencer has been in the combat sports scene for the whole time and will be facing Dillon, who had never competed in boxing before.

Despite this, many are excited to see the MMA fighter return to the ring and into the spotlight. Among his many fans is five-time world champion MMA fighter Conor McGregor, who expressed his excitement to see Dillon back on his Twitter.

Dillon Danis calls out Jake Paul for not promoting his fight against Log an

Dillon Danis is seemingly not happy with Logan Paul’s brother Jake Paul. Jake hasn’t promoted Logan’s upcoming fight with Danis, which led to the American MMA fighter labeling Jake a “lousy brother”. This is another note in an ongoing narrative around Jake’s seemingly apathetic energy towards his brother’s fighting career.

Danis said, “Jake Paul comes off as a pretty lousy brother, basking in Logan's full-throttle support and hype for his own ventures, yet mysteriously going mute when the roles are reversed. It's a striking reminder that blood ties don't automatically equate to genuine family behavior.”

Logan has called Jake out for this himself on the imPAULsive podcast, saying, “The reality is, the tables were turned, the Misfits event promoted your fight against Nate Diaz, and you refused to promote KSI's fight.”

The Logan Paul vs Dillon Danis fight will be part of a two header PRIME card in Manchester along with KSI vs Tommy Fury. Logan Paul is yet to win a competitive boxing match.
