Liverpool and Egypt forward Mohamed Salah has dropped a huge hint on his future with the Premier League club as the 31-year-old has plans to do ‘everything possible’ to hand the club a trophy. His stay in the club came under scrutiny after his contract entered the final year of his contract.
Egyptian forward, who racked up 25 goals and 14 assists in the current season before his participation was hampered due to an injury. However, Liverpool wasn’t able to give a proper farewell to their manager Jurgen Klopp as Arne Slot is all set to take over the reign of the club next season. On Monday, Salah shared a photo of Klopp with him on his X account and wrote, “It was great sharing all those trophies and experiences with you over the past 7 years.”
Recently, Liverpool was offered €150 million for a star winger from the Saudi Pro League club Al-Ittihad but they rejected the offer to keep the services from Salah. Following that, it is also seen that Salah is keen to continue with now Slot’s side and intends to deliver great success to the team in the near future.
On Monday, he delivered a quite special hint of his further stay at Anfield as he took to his X account and posted a photo of him in the Red. He wrote, “We know that trophies are what counts and we will do everything possible to make that happen next season. Our fans deserve it and we will fight like hell.”
