However, some fans have taken their creativity to the next level by imagining what it would be like if some of the world's most famous celebrities joined the Mortal Kombat tournament.
A Reddit user named fignewtgingrich posted a video on the r/Midjourney subreddit, showing his concept of a Celebrity Roster for Mortal Kombat 1. The video features realistic and detailed models of celebrities such as Cristiano Ronaldo, LeBron James, Shaquille O'Neal, Dwayne Johnson, and Beyonce, dressed in Mortal Kombat-inspired outfits and posing with their signature moves.
Ronaldo’s character has a bluish suit and is holding a football in the concept, while James has a golden suit and is sitting on a throne. Shaquille O’Neal’s character is a giant with pointed armor reminiscent of the Mbaku character from Marvel’s Black Panther 1.
The concept also features many other famous personalities like Stephen Hawking, Chinese President Xi Jinping, North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un, and actor Stan Lee, which many have found hilarious. The post has received over 20,000 upvotes and 1,000 comments, with many fans praising the quality and creativity of the concept.
