The much-awaited ICC ODI World Cup 2023 schedule is finally here and to begin the tournament we will see a repeat of the ICC ODI World Cup 2019 final as defending champions England take on New Zealand at the Narendra Modi Stadium on October 5.

During the key announcement on June 27 at the St Regis Hotel in Mumbai, the former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag who was present at the event made a big revelation while recalling his time during the last World Cup, which took place in India. Sehwag revealed that MS Dhoni used to have khichadi throughout the 2011 World Cup, which was a superstitious belief for the former Indian skipper.
“MS Dhoni used to have khichadi throughout 2011 World Cup. It was his superstition,” Sehwag said during the live event of the ICC ODI World Cup 2023.
