Brazilian football star Neymar Jr has fueled speculation of joining Lionel Messi at Inter Miami by purchasing a massive $26M property in Florida. A report by Wall Street Journal has claimed that Neymar spent a whopping sum of $26 Million on a “piece of waterfront land” in Florida. The purchase has ignited rumours that the Brazilian could join his former Barcelona and PSG teammate Lionel Messi at Inter Miami. Notably, Neymar has recently made headlines with his return to the side Al-Hilal for the AFC Champions League Elite after a year-long recovery from a ligament injury.
According to the reports, Neymar recently purchased a $26 Million property in Miami’s exclusive Bal Harbour neighbourhood. The 0.63 acre plot includes 150 feet of waterfront frontage and approved plans for a 13,000-square-foot residence. While there are no official confirmations from Neymar himself, this purchase has fueled rumours that he might move to Inter Miami after his contract with Al-Hilal concludes on June 30 next year.
