Brazil legend Neymar has labelled his playing experience with Kylian Mbappe as ‘hell’. Not only this, but he also warned his teammates at Real Madrid on playing with the Frenchman. Mbappe recently signed a five-year contract with Madrid, ending his eight-year association with Paris Saint Germain (PSG). Mbappe and Neymar played together at PSG from 2017 to 2013, and during the tenure, there was tension between both the players.
During their tenure at the PSG, the duo scored a total of 54 goals but Neymar doesn’t seem to have enjoyed staying there. Mbappe recently collected the first Champions League Golden Boot and shared the honour with Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane in 2023-24.
Neymar has sent a paper about Mbappé to the Brazilians: Journalist Cyril Hanouna
Journalist Cyril Hanouna spoke to Europe 1 and revealed that the 32-year-old player has sent a warning to his Brazilian teammates, including the likes of Vinicius Jr while labelling his experience of playing with the Frenchman as ‘hell’. The journalist said, "The Brazilians [at Real Madrid] are friends with Neymar. It has always been a war between Neymar and Mbappé. Neymar has sent a paper about Mbappé to the Brazilians, telling them that it was catastrophic, that it was hell.” Notably, Lionel Messi had joined PSG in 2021 and fans as well as pundits expected that the trio would take the club to great success. However, nothing happened as all three players adapted to different styles.
Neymar left the French club in 2023 and went on to join Al Hilal when Messi went on to join Inter Miami in 2023. Mbappe’s tenure also came to an end at PSG this year on a sour note.
