After multiple worries loomed over Novak's participation in the Australian Open due to the visa, legalities and deportation that followed. Novak Djokovic was finally seen training at the Australian Open venue on Tuesday. This came to light a day after he won the legal battle against the cancellation of the visa.

The unvaccinated 34-year-old Serbian ace now says he is determined to stay in Melbourne and compete in the Australian Open.

"I remain focused on that. I flew here to play at one of the most important events we have in front of the amazing fans," Djokovic said on Instagram Monday. Wearing a t-shirt and shorts, he limbered up in a gym on Tuesday accompanied by coach Goran Ivanisevic before going into the players' area and heading for the centre court at Melbourne Park. It should be noted that Djokovic has reached the Australian Open on a medical exemption.

The Tennis Star had to take to court to assure his participation in the Australian Open which begins from 17th January. The waiting game has taken a toll on the Tennis player. He also mentioned that he did not know what more he could have done for his participation. Notably, he has chosen not to inform anyone whether he took the vaccination against COVID-19. Technical glitches had been hampering the court judgement.

Djokovic won another temporary reprieve from Judge Anthony Kelly, this time until 8pm local time (0900 GMT) on Monday. Government lawyers had earlier indicated they would be willing to delay the deportation order. Kelly also confirmed that if Djokovic had been deported, he would not have been allowed back for the next 3 years.
