Former Indian cricketer VVS Laxman is celebrating his 50th birthday on November 1, 2024. He was a beast when he was at his absolute best. Laxman was one of the crucial players of the Indian team in the late 1990s and early 2000s. He is best known for his iconic 280-run knock in the Kolkata Test against Australia in 2001, along with this partnership with Rahul Dravid in that game as India registered one of the greatest Test victories even after getting enforced to follow-on.
