Amid rumours of ICC ODI World Cup 2023 rescheduling, Pakistan are expected to face tournament hosts India on October 14 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Apart from high-voltage India vs Pakistan clash, the Men in Green's other matches have also been rescheduled.
In the previous schedule, hosts India were scheduled to face their arch-rivals Pakistan on October 15 in Ahmedabad, however, the highly-anticipated clash has reportedly been preponed. Due to the commencement of the Hindu festival Navaratri on October 15, the BCCI took the decision to reschedule the India vs Pakistan clash following security concerns by the local police of Ahmedabad.

According to RevSportz, Pakistan will commence their ODI WC 2023 campaign against the Netherlands at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on October 6 while they will face Sri Lanka at the same venue on October 10.
