Juventus and France midfielder Paul Pogba has recently been among the top European players to garner interest from the Saudi Pro League. The Saudi Arabian top-flight has been on a shopping spree over the ongoing summer window by signing some European superstars to financially heavy deals. Some of the biggest names to join the Saudi Pro League have been 2022 Ballon d’Or winner Karim Benzema, former Chelsea and Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly and many more.

Amidst these transfers, Paul Pogba has also sparked recent speculation regarding a transfer after his recent visit to Saudi Arabia. After the Frenchman returned to Turin, a report according to Gazzetta dello Sport stated that Al Ahli has offered Pogba a massive 100 million euro three-season contract. Reports also say the former Manchester United star is not convinced to leave Juventus and top-level football as he hopes to make a comeback after an injury-riddled season



Similarly, a rumour regarding a possible move to Al-Ittihad started making the rounds as Pogba reportedly visited the club’s facilities and was also influenced by the arrivals of French stars Benzema and former Chelsea star N’Golo Kante. The report by Italian journalist, Romeo Agrest said, “Pogba landed in Saudi Arabia on Friday evening. On his account, there is the interest of Al-Ittihad. Local sources report that the French midfielder visited the premises of the club coached by Nuno Espirito Santo. It remains to understand the will of the person concerned.”



After leaving Manchester United after seven years, Paul Pogba had a poor return to Juventus and managed to play just 161 minutes for the Old Lady. Pogba since his arrival in Italy was sidelined because of his Meniscal Injury, Knee Surgery, Hamstring Injury and multiple muscle strains over the 2022-23 season.
