Following the occasion, the wife of Quinton De Kock, Sasha, captured the iconic moment’s intensity when she shared an Instagram story stating the volume of Dhoni’s resounding entry to the middle. In the story, she posted a picture of her Apple Smartwatch which was in alert mode due to continuous high-decibel sound.
The watch read, “Loud environment, Sound levels hit 95 decibels. Just 10 minutes at this level can cause temporary hearing loss, Repeated long-term.” She shared the picture on her Instagram story and added a caption, “When MS Dhoni comes out to bat.” This rousing welcome only added to the earsplitting reception that MS Dhoni continues to get whenever he walks out to the middle with the bat.
Continuing his heart-throbbing death-overs prowess, MS Dhoni switched to a beast mode on Friday against LSG as he pounced on the home side bowling unit with an unbeaten knock of 28 runs in just nine deliveries. The inning was embraced with three shots to the fence while two monster hits went over it.
