Ravindra Jadeja has been in news for quite some time now despite being ruled out with an injury. But his association with the Chennai Super Kings is what has grabbed a lot of limelight. Also, Jadeja’s fall-out with CSK has been the most discussed topic in the Indian Premier League circuit.

With almost six months to Jadeja-CSK rift, there have been rumours around the star all-rounder’s transfer. It further grabbed eyeballs when Jadeja reportedly unfollowed the franchise across social media and was even said to have removed all posts which had his association with the Yellow Army.

With the IPL 2023 auction nearing, the franchises will have to submit the player retention list by November 15 to the BCCI. Ahead of this, there has been a big and positive development on the same. According to reports quoted by Times of India, CSK skipper and cricket great MS Dhoni has communicated to the management to keep the Saurashtra-born player. MSD believes that Jadeja has the ability to shine at the big stage.

The Indian all-rounder was handed the captaincy reigns and was later removed from the captaincy, with MS Dhoni taking the role back. He was later diagnosed to have suffered a rib injury, thus ruling him out of the remainder of IPL 2022.
