The Real Madrid quartet of Antonio Rudiger, Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Jr, and Dani Ceballos are cleared to take on Arsenal in the Champions League quarter-finals by UEFA next week despite three of them getting fined for indecent conduct. It was just last month when the governing body of European football had opened an investigation into allegations of indecent conduct by four Real Madrid players during their win in the Round of 16 second leg against Atletico Madrid.
Notably, the Real Madrid quartet had allegedly made obscene gestures at the Atletico Madrid fans last month after defeating their team on penalties in the UEFA Champions League (UCL) match during their visit to the Metropolitano Stadium. In their official statement on Friday, April 4, about the investigation carried out in the matter, UEFA said that they had brought no disciplinary proceedings against Vinicius Jr.

Following that, UEFA remarked about the other three Real Madrid players violating the basic rules of decent conduct as per the article 11(2)(b) of their disciplinary regulations. With that, they fined Kylian Mbappe and Antonio Rudiger £25,000 along with suspended one-match ban, while Dani Ceballos was fined £17,000 for his troubles as well.
Moreover, Real Madrid are set to compete against Arsenal in the UCL quarter-finals tie, beginning with the first leg away at the Emirates Stadium in London on April 8 before the second leg goes down at the Santiago Bernabeu in Madrid eight days later. Known for its pedigree in the Champions League, it is highly likely that the Galacticos get the better of Arsenal across two legs in the quarter-finals this month.
