Tamil Nadu's Shahrukh Khan, Hobart Hurricanes' Riley Meredith and Perth Scorchers' Jhye Richardson are set to make their IPL debut for Punjab Kings in the game against Rajasthan Royals tonight. While Richardson fetched Rs. 14 Crores in IPL 2021 Auction, Meredith was picked for Rs. 8 Crores.
Meanwhile, Mustafizur Rahman and Shivam Dube are also set to make their debuts for Rajasthan Royals. Chris Morris, who was picked by Rajasthan Royals for a whopping 16.25 Crore, is also making his debut for the franchise.
Chetan Sakariya and Manan Vohra are the other two debutants for Rajasthan Royals.
Notably, Rajasthan finished last in the IPL 2020, while Punjab Kings finished sixth.
