Rishabh Pant has been a prolific wicketkeeper-batsman for India and as well as Delhi Capitals as he led DC to a top-of-the-table finish in 2021. The young Indian cricketer has been out of action since his accident which he survived on December 30, 2022. However, he is currently undergoing rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy, Bengaluru, he took some time out to share his knowledge with the youngsters at the NCA.
Rishabh Pant spoke to young Under-16 cricketers of Team India at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru. BCCI shared the pictures of the U16 players along with Pant and captioned the tweet as, “The boys who are part of the Under-16 high-performance camp at NCA Bangalore had the opportunity to interact with Rishabh Pant on cricket, life, hard work and much much more It was very generous of @RishabhPant17 to spare time for interacting with these young boys.”
Pant still has a long way away from making a comeback on the field. After the accident on the Delhi-Dehradun highway, he was taken to a hospital in Dehradun and then airlifted to Mumbai for further treatment. Furthermore, he underwent two surgeries and continues to be under care. Additionally, the date of his return to the cricket field still remains uncertain as he is yet to recover fully.
