Rishabh Pant is a wicketkeeper-batsman, who plays for India and is the skipper of Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League. He played a crucial role in India’s T20 World Cup triumph in 2024 with his batting and keeping behind the wickets. Pant has established himself as one of the main batters for India in the last few years, especially in Test cricket. 

With his match-winning knock of 89 runs, Pant helped India to clinch a historic Gabba victory against Australia in 2021, as Men in Blue secured a famous Test series win against the Aussies. Pant has also played some crucial knocks for India throughout the years in overseas Test matches. Coming to play after almost 15 months, the DC skipper went on to score 446 runs from 13 matches at an average of 40.55 and strike rate of 155.40 in his IPL return.

After the IPL, Rishabh Pant went on to make his return in the Indian squad for the 2024 T20 World Cup. The left-hander scored 171 runs from eight matches in the T20 World Cup and played his role in India’s title triumph after 17 years.
