As the Men in Blue led by Rohit Sharma were entering the stadium ahead of the second ODI in Vizag, a fan waiting for his favourite player with a rose. Luckily, Sharma managed to spot this supporter and confronted him while walking in. As the fan gave the Indian captain the rose, Rohit hilariously asked him if he would marry him.

In Rohit Sharma’s absence, Team India had to push through a tricky to beat Australia in the first ODI in Mumbai Wankhede Stadium. The Men in Blue were put under pressure early thanks to a blistering 81-run knock by Mitch Marsh. But soon Indian bowlers manage to evade the Marsh threat and ran through the Aussie batting lineup, bundling them out for the score of 188 in 35 overs.
The lowly chase wasn’t easy for the Indian team as Australia kick-started the second innings with a fire-breathing Mitchell Strac. The left-arm seamer dismissed Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav for a combined total of 24 runs. Avoiding a humiliating loss, KL Rahul stepped up and scored a crucial 75 in 91 balls to rescue team India. Thanks to knocks by Rahul, Hardik Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja, the Men in Blue went to register a five-wicket win.
