After the departure of their title sponsor Alfa Romeo, the Swiss F1 team known as Sauber will be rebranded into Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber for the 2024-25 Formula One campaigns. Stake, who had joined Sauber as a co-title partner for the 2023 F1 season, will now become title partner of the Swiss F1 team, including full naming rights.

Apart from upgrading the Stake deal, Sauber made an announcement that streaming platform Kick, acquired the naming rights to the chassis of their car next year, which is going to be known as the Kick Sauber C44. Notably, Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu will be continuing to drive the Sauber in the upcoming 2024 season of the Formula One World Championship.

The Team Representative Alessandro Alunni Bravi of Sauber spoke about the recent changes at the team, stating that innovation is a way of life for them. He was quoted as saying as per Formula One’s official website, “Sauber has always been about innovation, breaking the mould and defying convention,” which will be the case in 2026 when they rebrand as Audi in 2026 after becoming the German manufacturer’s works squad.

Kick.com is redefining the way live streaming is done and they will adopt the same disruptive approach in the world of Formula 1. With Kick.com, our goal is to make the next step in finding new and innovative ways to get closer to our fans,” remarked Alessandro Alunni Bravi about Sauber’s new partnership with Kick.

The co-founder of Kick, Bijan Tehrani hailed their new partnership with Sauber, remarking that it was in their destiny to be in the sport of F1.
