Shahid Afridi is currently featuring in the Legends League Cricket (LLC) Masters in Doha. The former Pakistan cricketer is leading the Asia Lions in the ongoing tournament. The Afridi-led side will take on World Giants in the final showdown at the West End Park International Cricket Stadium in Doha on March 20.

But a video of Shahid Afridi is doing rounds after the former skipper was seen signing an autograph on the Indian flag post their win over India Maharajas in the Eliminator. In the video a fan requested for an autograph on the Indian tri-colour, which the 46-year-old respectfully agreed to do.

Twitterati also hailed Afridi for this kind gesture. While some called it “kind”, a fan said, “Little actions like these bring the world closer and promote love and peace on the planet! Proud of you Lala”.

 

Talking of the Legends League Cricket, Asia Lions and World Giants reached the final in the ongoing third edition after the former knocked out India Maharajas in the Eliminator on March 18 (Saturday). While the World Giants enter the final after winning three of the four matches, Asia Lions have lost two and won as many.
