With the IPL 2024 playoffs race getting intense with each passing day, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) are back in form, registering five wins on the trot. In match 62 of the IPL 2024, the Bengaluru-based franchise registered a convincing 47-run win against the Delhi Capitals.

After this much-needed win for RCB, while the teams lined up for the customary handshake, a moment from here has gone viral. In the viral videos, former India captain and BCCI President Sourav Ganguly was seen removing his cap as a respect when he neared to meet and greet Virat Kohli

However, this video comes into picture after Ganguly ignored Kohli and the two even avoided handshakes post the match, bringing in speculations of some kind of a feud between the two greats of the game.

Watch this viral moment between Sourav Ganguly and Virat Kohli here:

Speaking of the match, DC stand-in captain Axar Patel won the toss and invited the hosts to bat first. RCB on the back of a half-century from Rajat Patidar and a crucial 29-ball 41 from Will Jacks posted 187 runs on the board. Chasing the 188-run target, DC eventually fell short by 47 runs with Axar Patel’s half-century going in vain.

However, both teams are still in contention to seal a playoffs berth. DC slipped down to the sixth place while RCB jumped to fifth spot in the IPL 2024 standings.
